Our client is a leading accountable care organization in the US, empowering independent primary care physicians to deliver personalized, proactive and value-based care to Medicare beneficiaries by leveraging advanced technologies.
As a value-based care provider, our client relies on data-driven insights to improve patient care and operational efficiency. However, managing and analyzing vast amounts of healthcare data from multiple sources posed a significant challenge. Their largely manual data processes resulted in inefficient reporting.
Lack of real-time insights coupled with data silos, integration issues, and limited intuitive visualization capabilities, led to compliance challenges, security risks, scalability issues and other concerns.
To enhance healthcare analytics and decision-making, KANINI suggested developing an interactive dashboard and optimizing the semantic data layer to improve reporting efficiency and accessibility.
Our team of experts set out to build a BI dashboard in Tableau using Databricks, integrating multiple data sources for real-time insights and accurate reporting.
Tableau Desktop enabled interactive data visualizations, allowing users to easily create and explore dashboards while Tableau Server centralized and securely distributed these dashboards across the organization, ensuring real-time access and collaboration. The solution supported scalability, handling growing datasets while maintaining performance and security.
A UI SharePoint page was also developed to embed dashboard links as widgets, ensuring seamless access and navigation for enhanced user experience and efficiency.
Our dedicated team scheduled daily scrum calls and weekly leadership meetings to discuss tasks, dependencies, risks, and provide status updates. All in all, the project was executed efficiently, in continuous alignment with the client’s objectives.
