Our client’s marketing channels required QR codes to be generated in large volumes and the employees were using unapproved solutions to generate them, which was a serious red flag for data security reasons. On top of that, there was a requirement for all employees to make their business cards in QR code format, as per the green initiatives of the company. The client wanted a uniform, centralized and secure solution to streamline the QR code generation process, which can enable employees to generate QR codes by themselves consisting of the company branding. This solution was to be deployed for usage in its marketing channels and then expanded to other functions.
Our team analyzed the client’s challenges and proposed an Azure-based solution that would ease out the process of development, deployment, and management of the application to generate customized and branded QR codes, without the need for any on-site architecture. We designed the Figma mock-ups of the application and shared them with the client, along with the proposed application architecture. Upon receiving a positive response from them, we developed the application, and it was deployed. The application went on to yield a satisfaction score of 5/5.
