Following the assessment, the team kickstarted the modernization process by upgrading the outdated technology stack to modern technology and migrating the system to the Microsoft Azure cloud for improved flexibility and scalability.
Our experts then validated the functionality of the modernized EHR system and configured the relevant security settings. Subsequently, we redesigned the UX of the EHR software, implementing features such as automated appointment reminders, a secure messaging system, etc., and optimized dashboard performance to enable a seamless user experience.
With all this done, the client now had a modern, cloud-based EHR platform to offer to the healthcare providers struggling with the older EHR solution. The new platform allowed a provision to add new features to meet the evolving needs of providers in behavioral and mental health care. The new EHR platform also assured compliance with various healthcare regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability).
