Green Initiative: Plantation Drive

At KANINI, we are committed to building a greener environment and making this planet a happier place to live in. As part of this initiative, we joined Bharathiar University in its vision of building a green paradise, recreating Kuyil Thoppu, the Puducherry grove from where renowned Tamil poet and freedom fighter Subramaniam Bharathiyar penned his beautiful poems.
In this endeavor, we are determined to plant and nurture ONE THOUSAND TREES on the Bharathiar university campus in Coimbatore. Taking this initiative forward, our CEO, Babu Krishnasamy, along with our Senior Leadership team, recently planted several saplings of Neem, Mahaneem, Alstonia, Terminalia, Lagerstroemia, Cluster Fig, Coconut, etc.
Every member of the KANINI family is proud to be a part of this vision of creating a sustainable future together.

Family Day Celebrations

Family always holds a special place in everyone’s heart and there’s nothing like sharing the joy of special moments with the ones you love dearly. Together, our employees and their loved ones are a part of the big KANINI family! We wanted to say a big thank you to all our employees and their families for all their unconditional love and support through the tough times of the pandemic. To share our happiness with them, we organized the ‘Family Day’ at our Chennai office on August 6, 2022.
It was a fun-filled event attended by our employees and their families who got to see and experience their loved one’s workplace. To make the day even more memorable, various cultural events were hosted by the employees, along with other fun activities, games, and food.
This event was a great opportunity for employees and their families to bond with each other and get to know us as an organization better.

First Incubation Center Launch

KANINI inaugurated its first Campus Incubation Center in Coimbatore, India on June 17, 2022. The center endeavors to cement the Industry-Academia collaboration and provide a strong foundation and platform to launch students into the IT space.
“KANINI has partnered with five colleges in and around Coimbatore for this signature initiative to groom students pursuing their Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in the IT domain. The colleges participating in the program include PSG CAS-Coimbatore, MKCE-Karur, Kongu Engineering College-Erode, Bharathiar University–Coimbatore, and KSR Group of Colleges-Tiruchengode.
Through the incubation center, we intend to train eligible students from each of these colleges in both technical and behavioral competencies and make them industry-ready.”

Chennai Office Inauguration

Our brand-new Chennai office was officially inaugurated on June 13, 2022, in the presence of top industry players, and the KANINI Leadership Team. It was an important milestone for KANINI and a memorable day for all KANINIans.

Mentoring Session by Babu, Our CEO, at Bharathiar University

Babu Krishnasamy, our CEO, visited Bharathiar University and addressed students in the 39th MBA Orientation Program. His dialogue on the core principles of good, better, and best entrepreneurs was a great mentoring session for business aspirants.
