Babu brings in more than 2 decades of industry experience in developing software solutions for engineering, transportation, energy & utilities, government and financial services industries. He provides strategic direction to Kanini and leads business development. He is obsessed with maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction and believes Kanini's success is directly tied to its customer service. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and close friends.

David Greene

David is an avid technologist who has invested 30+ years in solving challenging problems in spatial analytics, software development, and systems integrations. His extensive experience in scientific and spatial software design enables him to approach enterprise topics from multiple angles. He has designed and implemented enterprise solutions on AWS and Azure ranging from n-tier web applications to big data management and analytics systems. When someone says "it can't be done", David strives to show that it can be done!

Sudha is deeply passionate about people, process & customers with expertise in Managed Services Planning, Delivery and Consulting. Her other passion include Gardening, Travel and Volunteering.

As the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, Muthiah Natarajan drives the go to market strategy and growth initiatives towards making Kanini a Digital Transformation leader. Muthiah has over 20 years of experience in driving growth across transformational services and platforms with specialization in Healthcare business. Prior to joining Kanini, Muthiah played various senior leadership roles in Cognizant across sales excellence, large scale digital transformation initiatives and P&L management.

His passion for constant innovation drove him towards building solutions for hospital digitization, Lean IT modernization and automated data provisioning. Muthiah strongly believes in the eco system of strong partnership and collaboration to drive success. Like John Carmack says, “A strong team can take any crazy vision and turn it into reality”, lets join hands to build the future of Technology Transformation, together !!

Robert Claypool

Robert has 16 years of experience in software development and spatial data analysis. Since 2012, he has managed our Windows and Linux cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, and as Director of Applications Development, he oversees systems architecture, security, and DevOps practices across the organization. Robert is still a developer at heart; when issues arise, he likes to know exactly what the system is doing and work alongside other developers to implement a fix.

As a Chief Commercial Officer, Arun drives the Global Marketing and Demand Generation function for Kanini. Arun brings more than 25 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing functions. He has been instrumental in devising new market entry strategies, building inside sales teams, presales, and market research. Before joining Kanini, Arun has held various leadership roles and has helped organizations foster growth.

He has handled Fortune 500 clients and mid-enterprise segments across various verticals. Arun strongly believes "it's the teamwork which helps to build great organizations". Outside of work, Arun enjoys teaching at B-Schools and providing mentorship to start-ups.

Vijayalakshmi Subramaniam

Vijayalakshmi is a strategic Human Resources leader with 23 years of experience leading the HR function in a highly matrixed corporate environment. She is a thought leader in human capital systems, processes, and integration and known for her authentic and collaborative leadership style. By virtue of her extensive travel across the US, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East, Viji understood the importance of cross-cultural collaboration for the success of an enterprise. Globetrotting has helped her build a cohesive, collaborative work environment that brings synergy to the work culture. 

Outside of work, Viji is a health enthusiast. She has learned natural healing techniques like Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Psychotherapy. She is an ardent follower of Louise Hay, author of "Heal your Life."
