This aside, just thinking of going through the tedious interview process can get overwhelming. But that’s not how we would like to make you feel at KANINI. We want all our candidates – right from the entry level to the leadership – to have a great interview experience.

Have you found yourself in a situation where you're doing something or working hard to learn something that you're not particularly interested in? The more skills you have, the better, but it's difficult to build a rewarding career around something that doesn't excite you. Now that you have your resume updated, it’s time to check the list of vacancies. The job role you apply for should excite you. Applying for multiple positions that do not match your desired job profile isn’t a good idea.

Your Interview

Our interview process may be intensive, but it is friendly and warm, allowing us to get to know each other better. We are guided by the goal of creating an equitable and inclusive environment in which candidates from diverse backgrounds can succeed.
We want to assess your skills and see if you and this role are a good fit. We want to learn how you solve problems. We ask open-ended questions. We want to know how your mind works, how you collaborate with others, and what your strengths are.
If you are someone who is always eager to learn and keep yourself updated, then you are the person we are looking for.

Screening

This is the first stage of our interview process. Our topmost priority in the screening stage is to offer you what you seek. Understanding you and your requirements is our key focus in the Screening stage and throughout the interview process.

Decision to offer you a position

It’s time for you to upload the documents on our candidate portal which has all the necessary information which are required for the offer process. Once your interviews and the document upload process are successfully completed, we compile and review everything together. We take into consideration a variety of factors before making a final decision to hire you. As soon as you are found to be the right candidate for the position, we contact you with an offer.
